Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the Resume Analyzer AI website operated by Resume Analyzer AI ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

1. Service Description

Resume Analyzer AI provides an AI-powered resume analysis service that offers feedback and suggestions for improving your resume. Our service is intended for informational purposes only and does not guarantee any specific outcomes, including but not limited to job interviews or employment offers.

2. Accounts and Payments

2.1. Our service operates on a per-use payment model. Each resume analysis costs $3.00 USD.

2.2. Payment is required before the Service will analyze your resume. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information.

2.3. By making a payment, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your designated payment method.

2.4. NO REFUNDS POLICY: All sales are final. We do not provide refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Dissatisfaction with the analysis results
  • Technical issues on your end that prevented you from fully utilizing the service
  • Accidental purchases
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Claims that the service did not meet your expectations

2.5. Each payment session expires 30 minutes after purchase. Unused analyses within a session cannot be refunded or carried over.

3. Intellectual Property

3.1. The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Resume Analyzer AI and its licensors.

3.2. Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Resume Analyzer AI.

3.3. Resume Analyzer AI has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Resume Analyzer AI shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services.

4. User Responsibilities

4.1. You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service.

4.2. You are responsible for the content of the resumes you upload for analysis. You agree not to upload any content that:

  • Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others
  • Contains false, misleading, or fraudulent information
  • Contains personal information of third parties without their consent
  • Violates any applicable law or regulation

4.3. You agree not to attempt to circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Service or features that prevent or restrict use or copying of any content.

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1. In no event shall Resume Analyzer AI, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
  • Any content obtained from the Service; and
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

5.2. Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services is limited to the amount you paid to use the Services in the past 30 days.

6. Disclaimer

6.1. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

6.2. Resume Analyzer AI does not warrant that (a) the Service will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location; (b) any errors or defects will be corrected; (c) the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components; or (d) the results of using the Service will meet your requirements.

6.3. Resume Analyzer AI makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy of the AI-generated analysis or its impact on your job search outcomes.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
